If you return an order in full and you qualified for free delivery, a delivery charge of £4.99 will be deducted from the return amount.

DESPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that all orders placed before 12:00pm on a working day will be dispatched that day. We do not dispatch orders on UK weekends and bank holidays

As an example, if you order on a Friday after 12:00pm, your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday. During very busy periods (e.g. Black Friday), this timeframe could extend by up to another 24 hour period

If you return an item within 14 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
